Traditionally Babka is a sweet braided bread or better understood as a yeast Cake.  It is made with a buttery dough with layers of filling that is shaped, proven overnight and baked.
We prepare a savoury version with 
  • Homemade Basil pesto that is made with fresh basil leaves, parmesan cheese, walnuts, garlic & extra virgin olive oil
  • Creamy Cream Cheese that adds to the flavour and richness of our bread
  • Salted Butter
  • and finally topped with nigella seeds
We prepare all our products fresh to order

  • Please place your orders 24 hours in advance
  • Please refrigerate as it is made with dairy products.
  • Shelf life 3-4 days (refrigerated)
