Aarti Gupta, trained as a Patisserie Chef at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, London in 2005 and interned at some world-renowned bakeries in Europe before starting Wicked in 2007.Along the way consulted & designed dessert menus for some of the finest restaurants in Delhi. She now runs a studio kitchen where she personally meets clients for food tastings and curates personalized solutions to suit their occasions. A mother of two and a qualified Chartered Accountant as well she conceptualizes all recipes for Wicked and brings new innovations to the menu after rigorous trials and market analysis.
